Two Dude Ranch Family Vacations Offered as Prizes for 2017-18 Festival

For the past five years, Valley children have won dude ranch vacations for their families plus cash for travel expenses. Next April, two more children who live or attend school in the Rio Grande Valley will win dude ranch vacations for their families.

For the third year in a row, we will have two winners, one from each age group.

Western Pleasure Guest Ranch in Sandpoint, Idaho and Cherokee Park Ranch in Livermore, Colorado are two amazing places with incredible owners. Our winners and their families will have the best vacations ever!

The 2017-18 festival is open to all children (ages 5-12) who live or attend school in the Rio Grande Valley. There is never an entry fee. The EXTENDED DEADLINE is December 24, 2017. Voting for semi-finalists to make the finals should take place in February 2017. After that, 20 finalists will be announced, four of whom were winners in the online voting during the semi-finalist phase. Winners will be announced April 28, 2018 in McAllen. They will enjoy their vacation prizes that summer.
